Terms of Use

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms are between you and Lever UGC (“Lever”, “we”, “us”) and cover the Lever Studio app and its subscriptions. They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data. By using Lever Studio you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these terms for you. You sign in with Apple, and you’re responsible for what happens on your account.

Your plan

Subscriptions are bought through your Apple ID, at the price shown in the app before you buy. They renew automatically for the same period until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your Lever account doesn’t cancel a subscription.

We may change what a plan includes or costs. A price change reaches you through Apple, which asks for your consent where required, and takes effect from your next renewal.

Your videos are yours

You own your clips, scripts and the videos you make. Lever claims no rights in them. When you use something that sends content to Lever — captions, pro edits, or a brand’s approval — you let us and the providers named in our Privacy Policy process, store and edit that content only to provide that feature to you. That permission ends when the content is deleted.

What you’re responsible for

What you can’t do

We may refuse a pro edit, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules.

Brand teams

If a brand invites you to its creator team, your work for that brand is also governed by your agreement with it. Your access to its campaign ends when the brand’s team ends or it removes you. The videos you made stay on your phone.

Other services

Lever Studio relies on Apple, our hosting, storage and speech-to-text providers, and the platforms you post to. We aren’t responsible for their outages, decisions or changes.

Disclaimers

Lever Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any video will earn views, approvals or money. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lever won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Lever Studio is limited to the greater of what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using Lever Studio at any time, and delete your account in Profile. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or if we stop offering the app. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last, like ownership, disclaimers and the limit of liability, survive.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for a change that matters we’ll tell you in the app first. Using Lever Studio after a change means you accept it.
